A year ago, Dr. Kronfold had to make it clear to my grandson that he was in the late end stages of Cystic Fibrosis. He was gentle, kind, and so empathetic. I hope this wonderful doctor never burns out; the world needs more doctors like this. My grandson passed away last April, and his openness and willingness to listen and explain what we might expect helped us make Tommy's last few weeks a little more beatable. Bless you, doctor.
