Although I think highly of Dr Sims and his help with my back issues I have usually had a great experience with my nerve blocks ect. However Jessica who schedules his outpatient epidural ect. Is the most unresponsive uncaring co ordorinator for his surgery scheduling. I have been waiting literally weeks for her call. She did call 1 time when I was at an appt for my husband. Never called back even after my 2nd trip to the ER for extreme pain. Please get some one that can fill her position. Sincerely a longtime patient in extreme pain
