I was apprehensive after reading these 'one star' reviews. I proceeded to my appointment in fear. Then after Dr. Vaglienti did my rhizotomies - I have NO clue why the 'one stars'. He is VERY kind and explains everything he is doing as he does the procedure. He explained the post opt time and treatment necessary and could not have been nicer. I am very comfortable with him and all of his staff and I trust him 100%. I would send any and all of my family and friends to him. He is an asset to the W.V.U. medical staff - I hope and pray he is there for all the upcoming years that I will be needing his expertise.
