I arrived to the office and was greeted by very polite staff. When taken back for vitals, the staff were friendly, funny, and very engaged with myself and the other patient in the intake area. I was taken to a room where Dr. Monk met with me after a short wait. He was polite, very friendly, and informative. He explained to me what the process would be going forward and made sure that I had the opportunity to ask any questions. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends needing care in this area.
