Thank you Dr. Martin and his team Had a baseball size aneurysm in upper aortic root and replaced valve. Also due to aneurysm actual things done to save me below, needless to say I was on the table for a while. Glad to still be here. CABGIntraoperativeTransesophogealEchocardiogram, Left Atrial Appendage clip,Coranary artery bypass graft X3 with left internal mammary artery.Graft on pump with left Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Harvest, Aortic root replacement Aortic valve replacement
