Dr. McElvain is top in his field. We were his patients for six years until he went to this hospital, then, we couldn't see him any more because one of his incompetent colleague, who would be on call during Dr. Mcelvain's night shift off-duty call,decided we couldn't see Dr. McElvain anymore because we had written Dr up for incompetence years earlier. We wrote the medical board about this decision, they didn't listen. I WISH with all my heart Dr. McElvain would return to his private practice.
