Dr. Kauffman took us on as patients after my spouse and I changed doctors for our infertility treatment. He did a great job in addressing all our questions during scheduled appointments, and his staff were kind and considerate as well. His office staff can be a bit overwhelmed at times, but I was always able to get our questions answered.
