Dr. Ortiz is a superb specialist for cardiac issues. He is personable, knowledgeable, and highly professional. He reviews everything prior to my visit with him. He listens well and takes the appropriate time to understand what I tell him. Everything about him and the office is top notch. His care for my ongoing cardiac challenges is excellent.
