Well Dr. Bowen delivered my daughter back in 1990 in Annapolis. He was more than a great doctor his bed side manners were impeccable. I still think about him thirty plus years later. The only reason I got a new doctor is because Dr. Bowen moved away. Thank you for giving me great memories. I pray that others get & feel the way I do. Just so kind at all times. Thank you
