He treated our son for a spinal injury over the weekend. Due to the covid restrictions we of course could not be with him. He took the time to come out and meet with me in person and describe his injury. I appreciated the face to face (or mask to mask) and him taking his time to acknowledge the difficulty of a parent leaving their son in ED alone. My son really liked him as well, said he was very good to him helping him understand everything.
