I took my 91 year old mother in today for a consultation. Dr. Cross came out to personally greet us and invited me into the examination room so I could help explain the next steps to my mom if need be. (She’s hard of hearing.) I found Dr. Cross extremely polite, professional and patient. He explained everything he would recommend as the next steps for my mom’s issue in terms my mom could understand. He personally walked us out and spoke to his staff about how much time he’d need for the next appointment. He made sure my mother understood and that she felt comfortable with what he recommended needed to be done. He answered all our questions with ease. He treated my mother as if she were his own. I am taking her back next week for the procedure. His staff was also very patient and caring. If first impressions mean anything, I would definitely recommend him.
