He did spinal injections and not knowing anything about this and not being able to have the local anesthetic I was very nervous. He had the best 'bedside' manner I have seen in a long time. Although in a hurry, he did reassure me and I trusted him based on his constant checking on me quickly in-between. I am considering switching to him as my back doctor as I am not thrilled with the current on.
