Patient Reviews
Sep 23, 2022
Both of my knees had deteriorated badly from arthritis. I was referred to Dr. Bayless for total knee replacement. Scheduling an appointment at Precision Orthopedics in Irving was easy. Dr. Bayless explained the problems with my knees very clearly using x-rays. Both knees were replaced as day surgery (four weeks apart), I was up and walking immediately after surgery, went home the same day, completed two weeks of in-home physical therapy, the bandages came off, and after some additional healing and exercise both knees feel as good as new. Total knee replacement is still major surgery but I can’t imagine it being any easier than this. Yes, there is some pain and swelling involved for a week or so, but it’s all very manageable with medication. Thank you to Dr. Bayless, his assistant, Dr. Steve, and the entire staff at Precision Orthopedics.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
