Dr. Crook is the finest doctor we have met thus far at the Cleveland Clinic. He's very smart, authentic, and kind, and most of all extremely perceptive! We met with him with our elderly mother and it was obvious from the start he was able to pick up on her memory issues immediately, and handled the situation with great diplomacy and provided us with an extensive amount of time. No other doctor seemed very interested in our mother / our family situation until Dr. Crook. It is said in medicine, that the sign of a good doctor is that the patient feels seen. Dr. Crook, by that measure, is extraordinary!
