I recently had a pulmonary function test (PFT) and a follow-up appointment, Pulmonary Tech Dimauro made the entire testing process smooth and stress-free. Her instructions for each test were clear and easy to follow, which put me at ease. This was especially important to me, as my previous PFT experience at a different hospital unpleasant. Pulmonary Tech Dimauro's professionalism and calm demeanor truly made a difference.After completing the PFT, I met with Dr. Wear to review the results. I was amazed by his thoroughness and attention to detail. Despite my previous PFT being six years old and done at another hospital, Dr. Wear was familiar with every aspect of it. He expertly compared and contrasted the differences between the two sets of results in simple, easy-to-understand terms.Overall, my experience with Technician Dimauro and Dr. Wear was exceptional. Their expertise, clear communication, and genuine care for their patients make them a fantastic team!
