I went to see Dr. Greenberg to get advice on hip pain that I have been struggling with for a while. The visit started with an X-ray then I was directed to a room to wait for the doctor. I was barely 5 minutes in the room before the doctor showed up to see me! That was a new experience for me. Typically, doctors make you wait for over 30 minutes before they show up - not this guy. I liked that he respected my time. When we started talking, he took his time to build rapport with me, get to know me and made me feel comfortable talking to him. Many doctors seem to be in a rush to see you and move on to the next patient. I believe many misdiagnosis occur because of lack of rapport between patient and doctor. He examined me and recommended a hip replacement expert that he told me he would go see if he was in my situation. Very helpful. He then went ahead to connect me with the expert. I felt special. I left the examination room very satisfied and happy. Best in the business in my book!
