Dr Houska has been my family Doctor for many years . He is objective and to the point but always with kindness and a sense of humor. He keeps detailed records -and can access them instantly e.g. when I complained about my weight and blood pressure he says yes you are over weight but the trend is good you are 20 pounds less than 14 years ago ! He communicates well with other Doctors that I've had at -Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins and Inova. He collects data : gives physical exams, blood tests mri etc and provides direction and medications. Is professional but not a robot. You can get blood tests next door. The staff at countryside will know you when you walk through the door. I've called after hours with heart related problems and Dr Houska has been there for me directing me to take medication. He is an example of a healthy active person -was a football player in college , is a family man. Dr. Houska and his staff wear masks and take all precautions for Co-vid 19.
