Great experience! The front desk staff and medical assistants at Florida Retina & Vitreous Center were very kind and helpful. They created an emergency appointment for me even though this was after normal hours. He has an investigative mind and ability to connect. He takes time to go over the diagnosis clearly and explains treatment options. He’s also an excellent surgeon that brings medical knowledge along with creating patient rapport through a willingness to listen and discuss. He treated me for multiple retina tears and detachment in both eyes with excellent outcomes!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
