Dr Touloukian was a very young surgeon when he operated on my daughter, Tami Bruno, at Yale New Haven Hospital 43 years ago for jejunal atresia. It was difficult to see her in the NICU for two weeks, struggling to recover from the surgery, but we knew she had the best care. We hope this finds you well, Dr!
