Dr Ycaza asked many questions, read back to me what he was writing and asked if it sounded correct. I haven't had a doctor listen this well in many years. We went over the treatment plan, and he tweaked a few things as we discussed the plan. He is very good. I have no idea why some folks complain about his staff, they have all been professional and courteous. And I have had no prolonged wait times. Extremely positive experience all the way around.
