While I was very sick and maybe not expected to live, he exhibited a serious but reassuring aura.....positive energy. Also, he was very nice and caring and that meant everything. Very smart and professional......some of the other medical people wrote me off with their gloom and doom words but his manner made all the difference.....life and death are in the power of the tongue....that is very true.....I will give him a 10 out of 10........
