I have received asthma treatment from Dr. Keltner for decades. When I have had difficulty with my condition and have contacted his office, he always has made time to see me or take a call from me so that I could get better as fast as possible. He listens well and shows genuine concern. I am so glad that he has been my doctor for all of these years. Due to his skill, my asthma has not worsened. I recommend him highly. Thank you, Dr. Keltner!
