MS. KATHY, DR. CROOKS, AND NURSE KATE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, COURTEOUS, AND SHOWED GENUINE INTEREST IN MY OVERALL CARE. I WAS TAKEN EARLIER THAN MY APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED TIME. THE OFFICE DEMONSTRATED COMPLIANCE WITH THE COVID-19 CONCERNS. I HAVE BEEN SEEN BY THEM BEFORE AND FOR THIS REASON, THERE WERE NO RESERVATIONS. MY DENTIST REFERRED ME TO ANOTHER PRACTICE THAT DID NOT ACCEPT MY MEDICAL (MEDICARE) BUT WAS WILLING TO FILE WITH TRICARE 4 LIFE. AS KNOWN, IF MEDICARE REFUSE SERVICE SO WILL TRICARE 4 LIFE. THE PRICE WAS ASTRONOMICAL, AND WAIT TIME WAS FAR OUT. WITH HAVING AN IMPACTED WISDOM TOOTH THAT HAD BEEN JARRED WITH FOR SOMETIME IN MY DENTIST OFFICE; NEEDLESS TO SAY, THE PAIN, SWELLING...I NEEDED HELP RIGHT AWAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DR. ROBERT CROOKS & STAFF. VIOLA ENGRAM
