Always had a great rapport with Dr. Horton. He was intelligent, cared for his patients, had an outstanding office where you received personalized service unlike the big offices you visit these days. He always took the time to talk to you, understand the issues, provide great counsel, and was a great friend for 33 years! I do miss you, Dr. Horton, and your small personable practice.
