I have been seeing Dr. Trimmer for several years for depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I have seen over 15 different psychiatrists in my lifetime and he is THE best one I have ever seen by MILES. I have a lot of trauma with psychiatrists so when I say he’s amazing, it’s because he is. He listens to me and empathizes with me. And best of all, he’s not a pill pusher with a god complex like most psychiatrists. He respects me on an intellectual level and works with me to figure out the best line of treatment as I am a hard treat. To me, Dr. Trimmer is the gold standard and I wish more psychiatrists were like him. I have never felt more heard, seen, and validated with a psychiatrist than with Dr. Trimmer. Anyone who rates him poorly simply doesn’t understand the process and is looking for something that doesn’t exist. I adore Dr. Trimmer and I feel very fortunate to have found him.
