I visited the ER in 2/23 for what turned out to be a minor issue. To begin with, I have worked in healthcare and in an ER so I have a more critical perspective than many. Dr. Thompson (and all of the staff) was very cordial, engaging, and relatable. He took time to have a thorough conversation about my medical issues, perform a thorough exam, and offered to order certain diagnostic tests just to err on the side of caution. I saw the unfortunate one star review and would like to point out that the person who wrote it wasn't even a patient and given the behavior they described, were likely interfering with the person actually being treated.
