This is my third Colonoscopy, and by far the most professional. From the prep instructions (very clear and easy to follow) to check in and the actual procedure I felt well taken care of. Bethany was my nurse and got the IV in with no issues and no pain. I'm hard to hit, and was very impressed. When I met the doctor, he was familiar with my history, answered all my questions and concerns, and then I went to sleep.
