He introduced himself in a gentle soft spoken manner explaining all he was about to do, easing my jitters! He completed my paperwork by asking questions in a gentle manner. Within minutes I felt more comfortable and trusting toward him. I even asked him some questions! And in a gentlemanly fashion, he responded. I liked his demeanor and closed my eyes knowing I was in good hands.
