Doctor Kinsella was friendly, and nice, and very professional. Best doctor I've ever had. But a TERRIBLE billing service, which is why he doesn't get 5 stars. They did not post a payment I made to my account, but they took the money for it. And they never emailed the receipt that they told me I would get, so if I didn't have the proof on my credit card that they charged me, I would have had to pay twice.
