Patient Reviews
Jun 12, 2024
Dr Robert Urrea is amazing however his staff, front desk, pre Auth department is horrible and uncaring. I had major cervical surgery on 4.22.24, due to the intensive recovery I'm needing a bone stimulator. I have great insurance, the ladies in charge of taking care of this matter at the office have not taken care if this matter. They mailed out a letter which BCBS never received. I have tirelessly told the office staff to call the insurance instead and directly fax information and they have not done so. It's been 7 weeks post op.
