Dr. Craig and his staff are wonderful. They are all very nice, patient, and communicative.Dr Craig patiently listens to all questions and concerns (even though I usually have quite a lot), and explains everything very well. After my appointment was over, I was scheduling a follow-up and remembered that I had another question. Not wanting to be a bother, I asked the scheduler if I could just leave a message with her. However, she informed and assistant who took me back to the exam room again, and Dr. Craig came back within a few minutes! He took the extra time to answer my questions and was very understanding, even with the disruption.
