Upon entering the office, I found them to be quite organized, with directions to a second check-in window if the first one is occupied. There are several doctors in the practice so the waiting room is rather large. Even so, the wait was not unreasonable. Dr. Williams proved to be quite personable. He wasn't rushed at all. He showed me the x-rays and pointed out what the problem is and answered all my questions. Then he outlined next steps. I would definitely recommend him.
