My father was admitted after a fall with a past diagnosis of age-related dementia. Even though I was with my father everyday while in the care center, Dr. Mendez would get on the phone at the end of the day and give me a complete update of his condition and treatment. She helped my sister and myself get thru the process when my father entered hospice. Incredibly caring, attentive and compassionate. This is the type of doctor you want taking care of your loved ones!! I would recommend her to anyone. She and her staff at Prospect Heights were incredible. If you have the opportunity to be able to select this doctor, please do so, you will not regret your decision.
