Rough start but I think it’s more of a being extremely busy with 2 surgeons missing on that day and his culture. After he continuously repeated what the recommendations were and I continuously stood on what my experience had been, we got over that hump and smooth sailing after that. Minutes before my procedure he spoke with me for a second time with a smile and not that firm tone and body language. After the procedure he was extremely nice, explained everything and left with a smile, wishing me well.
