I honestly think Dr. Schwartz probably saved my life, or at least my quality of life for sure. I first came to see her many years ago (before reviewing was a "thing"), with ongoing severe seizures that were taking away my ability to think, work, and even to talk. She suggested getting my teeth looked at and also a then-new medication. I got my teeth worked on, including a bad absess I didn't know I had, due to the tooth having had a root canal, and after months of hemming and hawing on my part, I went on the drug, levitericetam, or Keppra. My seizures stopped within 6 weeks, and they have NEVER RETURNED! It has been 15+ years, and I had never been seizure free, since I began having seizures at about 15 years old. No other neurologist has been able to do what Dr. Schwartz did for me, while also treating me with great respect and encouraging me to be involved in my own health journey. She's the best.
