Dr. Fuchs is FANTASTIC- intelligent, knowledgeable, kind. He understood my issues and was prepared. After explaining my options, I knew he was the guy. Knee surgery is no joke - after the drugs wear off... it's uncomfortable. I'm a wimp - so if I can do it, so can you. Here's the motivator - if you work, it pays off. Use the CPM machine that Dr. Fuchs prescribes for range of motion - it makes a huge difference. Buy the flexible gel ice wraps. Buy a percussion massager and use it with the CPM machine and any other time to relax and ease the pain. It's one of the best things I've bought & I still use it daily. I'm 3 months after the surgery, and my knee is way more functional than before the surgery. I am walking with no limp, doing stairs without the rail. I have a scar, but the cut was so accurate it is really thin, not raised and fading daily. I'm going to the gym, working out, feeling great. When December comes, I will be ready for skiing thanks to Dr. Fuchs and his amazing team.
