I had a lung transplant 5-1/2 yrs. ago at USC Keck. I moved up here a couple of years ago. I had the good fortune to find Dr. Allen and have had the best care from him. I've been to UCLA, Cedar Sinai and Keck - so I've had my share of Drs. from the best hospitals. Dr. Allen is one of the best. He is highly regarded by nurses and Drs. alike at the hospital (he was highly recommended to me by UC San Francisco hospital) and he has a very good staff. He is very attentive when I ask him questions and takes time to give in depth answers. I highly recommend him to anyone who has serious lung problems.
