I met Dr Scatena during my 3rd ER visit in 2 months in 2019 (once in California, twice at Norwalk Hospital). Prior to seeing Dr Scatena, it seemed like nobody had any idea whether my pain was cardiac or pulmonary, and the answer was always more tests and no confidence. Dr Scatena recognized pleurisy (with pneumonia) right away and treatment began immediately . She was confident, accurate, and answered all my questions. I have seen her for follow up visits and she always displays the same level of commitment to my care. I recommend her highly and without reservations.
