I have been a patient for over 20 years. I recommend Dr Schainis every chance I get. He remembers you and your history at each visit - chronic as well as emerging issues. He listens carefully and gives thoughtfull responses. He will research your care carefully and pursue one or more treatment options to choose the optimal solution. Nursing staff in the physician area behind the door are courteous and greet you with a smile, but some people (not everyone) at the reception desk/answering phones) could be friendlier. Previous staff (Judy, Donna) were exceptional, so perhaps expectations are higher now - but it would be nice if some of the front desk staff would show some more enthusiasm for the patients and the job.
