Dr. Lal is genuinely one of the nicest physicians I've met. He spends a lot of time with me on the phone - sometimes almost too much - and I never feel rushed. Also, I feel like all my questions are answered. He sometimes runs a few minutes behind but more than makes up for it. I've been his patient for several years and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
