I want to start by saying that Dr. Brown II is GREAT but his staff is difficult to work with. I was told when checking on a required Prior Authorization today that I should call my insurance company and complain that Dr. Brown's staff had to wait too long on the phone. Last time I needed a Prior Authorization it took me a week of calling the staff only to be told that they couldn't be bothered to wait on the phone to talk to my insurance company. He's great but needs to clean house with the staf
