Ronald Ferris is a very caring and competent doctor. He has really taken care of me and my health. His staff on the other hand are rude and do not return calls. They are rude and unprofessional. I had labs done and never received a call/e-mail. i waited 2 weeks and decided to stop in on my way home. When i walked in a told the receptionist i was there to see if i can get my lab results. She said hang on then proceeded to walk in the back then came back and said if you want your results you need to make an appointment with the nurse. She then told me they are busy with the immediate care side and that takes precedence over the medical side. i was appalled. As much as i hate to start looking for a new family physician i have decided to start looking its sad that you like the doctor, but his staff is running people off.
