First of all the young ladies at the front desk were very kind easy to talk to secondly the doctor Mr Kludo was very polite very kind I definitely am going to stay with him as my primary doctor as so often nowadays doctor's offices are kind of like corporate and they don't care about you you're just a number here you're not just a number they're personal I give them 10 Stars
