I walked into an emergency room, October 16, 2020, with chest pains. Dr. Lugo was quick to make a diagnosis of the specific area of the heart impacted and consult with my cardiologist. Our encounter was brief, but I was very impressed with the assurance and speed of his diagnosis. Thank you, Dr. Lugo
