Dr. F was referred by a friend to help me with my mild depression, anxiety. At the end of my 1st meeting I expected a prescription, he said he needed more info to prescribe. I thought he'd prescribe & send me on my way; I was relieved After several meetings I began therapy. He helped me think about my history. During this time I was able to learn how to deal with some very difficult work, family, & health issues. I continue to use what I learned during my therapy to help me deal with my life.
