I have been impressed with the help and support from the staff and Dr Pacheco. Recently I came back from a traveling. What started as stuffy nose and sore throat symptoms were faster becoming covid signs. Thought I would need to visit an urgent care to receive meds but gave my chart messenger a try. I’ve always been happy with the response time and this was no different. Within a few minutes the nurse from the office called. After talking and letting her know my situation(pregnant daughter in the house) and symptoms she quickly called in a prescription. I used to see Dr Kovats and when he left the office my records transferred to Dr Pacheco. I have been extremely happy with her care. She has taken the time to clearly see my medical history and make changes that are necessary. I feel like the change was a shock when Dr Kovats left but it is a God thing in my situation.
