Patient Reviews

Nearly 4 weeks post-op, I can say with certainty, that Dr. Rosalind Vo restored my vision to an ideal state after several years of gradual degradation. She listened to my concerns with compassion and presented a possible treatment solution immediately while informing me of the potential benefits and risks without bias. Now 58yrs of age, this gift of uncomplicated, near perfect distance vision affords me the ability to pursue the remainder of my career with confidence. Thank you Dr. Vo! My Superficial Keratectomy (SD) with Phototherapeutic Keratectomy (PTK) for my left eye procedure took around 10 minutes under a specialty laser that maps and smooths the surface of the cornea. The sense that an obstruction had been removed from my path of vision was immediate. In my case, the first two days brought significant discomfort as the outer most layer of the cornea healed, however, I would not describe this as 'painful'. I napped frequently and stayed home for the first few days. Easy.
