What stood out about my first visit with Dr. Monardo was she read my extensive medical records before our appointment and, therefore, hit the ground running at the appointment. She gave me the feeling that she ruminated over and gave careful thought to my health issues. I give her a 5-star for her medical knowledge, compassion and expertise. The minuses are that she didn’t wear a doctor’s coat and was shabbily dressed. I didn’t see her wash her hands before examining me. Both issues give me the impression that she doesn’t exude a professional image. Also, I had to wait an hour to see her which was off-putting. Because of her skill level, I give her a 5 star but the complete package would be for her to be timely, pay attention to cleanliness and own a professional image.
