I was made to feel comfortable and cared for by both the staff and the doctor. She explained everything she did, encouraged questions, and let me 'see' what she was doing. She was extremely conscious of any pain I was experiencing, and immediately added pain meds at the slightest twinge. Her tech's post-op instructions were detailed and helpful.
