I had surgery at Utah Valley for my back. The nurses sang Dr. Bearnson's praises. Can't get a more reassuring reference than that! And they were right, she was great, and I had no complications from the anesthesia. Wish I could say the same for my second back surgery, different anaesthesiologist, almost died!
